In this role, you will handle outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and update appointments, ensuring an efficient process that supports both excellent customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm or reschedule appointments with customers.
- Accurately record and update appointment information in the scheduling system.
- Coordinate with internal departments and field teams to confirm availability and scheduling details.
- Maintain performance and quality standards set by management.
- Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented experience on every call.
- Excellent spoken English, strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM or scheduling software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior call centre or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls with patience and professionalism.
