  • Filing of all Legal forms in Compliance with Company Acts & Regulations.
  • Manage & Maintain Statutory Records & Registers.
  • Manage & Organize Annual & Extraordinary General Meetings.
  • Manage the Effective Servicing of Boards, Committees & Associated Meetings. This will Include Summoning Meetings, Preparing Agenda, Collating Papers & Ensuring Their Timely Distribution, Preparing Minutes & Follow-up Action Plans.
  • Good communication, Computer Skills, Multi Tasking & Ability to perform in fast pace environment.
