B Tech/ Diploma in Civil / B Arch
Experience
Minimum 3 years after B Tech or to 5 after Diploma years' experience of construction and renovation works

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and control on all field activities of the works team in the assigned Region by the guidelines of concern manager.
- To control and assure the execution of works through subcontractors and ensure timely completion with effective quality control.
- Control that projects of the region are completed on time as per schedule and as per BOQ, as per quality and with allocated budgets.
- Liaison with various business units of KE.
- Participation in designated Safety Committee Meetings (B level, D level Committee Meetings) As per frequency mentioned in KE-SP-004 SOP
