Description

Responsibilities
Marketing: Promote properties through advertising, open houses, and listing services

Negotiation: Negotiate prices and other sales terms with sellers
Paperwork: Prepare documents like purchase agreements, closing statements, and deeds
Property inspections: Accompany buyers to properties and advise them on their suitability and value
Property closings: Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
Market research: Stay informed about current market conditions and advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
