Role description

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (Manual/Automation).
• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Implement best practices for automation testing and continuous integration (CICD).
• Identify and mitigate risks through thorough testing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Design, create, and maintain test cases for automation.
• Extend QA automation frameworks and tools as needed.
• Perform all functions of an Automation QA Analyst Senior, including test case design, creation, and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality assurance methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Provide excellent oral and written communication within the team and across departments.
• Ensure a sound understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) automation concepts.

Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

• 8 years of overall experience in automation testing.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Selenium WebDriver with C# and SpecFlow.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of CICD concepts.
• Sound knowledge of BDD automation.
