As a Brand Promoter, you will actively engage and communicate with potential customers to increase product awareness and drive sales. You will represent the brand in a positive light, and deliver a compelling message that resonates with the target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Promote brand products in various in-person settings, including events, trade shows, and retail locations.
- Engage directly with customers, providing detailed information and answering any questions about the products.
- Demonstrate and showcase product features and benefits.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples to attract customer interest.
- Assist in organizing and setting up promotional events or displays.
- Maintain a positive brand image throughout promotional initiatives.
- Collect and report customer feedback to contribute to product improvement and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on brand goals and messaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences in an enthusiastic and friendly manner.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey the brand message clearly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently for promotional events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during promotional activities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or promotions is an advantage but not required.
- A passion for marketing and familiarity with current trends in marketing campaigns.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
