Role Description

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Developer (Upwork Bidder) to join our dynamic team. This on-site position in Faisalabad requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities on Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Prepare high-quality proposals and customized client pitches aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on bidding performance and lead conversion metrics.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver exceptional client communication.

Qualification & Skills

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and client engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
