Salary:
PKR 100,000 - 200,000, based on experience (hiring for both Senior & Junior roles).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and corporate clients seeking visa and immigration services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to establish partnerships and business opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the visa application process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in visa consultancy, travel, or immigration services).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their visa and immigration needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of visa processes, immigration laws, or international travel regulations is a plus.
