About VaporVM:

VaporVM is a leading IT services and consultancy provider, specializing in cloud solutions, managed services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. We help businesses modernize IT operations and achieve strategic growth. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives from our Lahore office.


What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in selling Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and Network Solutions

Strong network of partners, distributors, and enterprise clients

Deep understanding of local and regional IT markets

Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term client value and revenue growth


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT consulting and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and lead proposal development
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client needs
  • Represent VaporVM at industry events and client meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT solutions


Requirements:

  • 10–15 years in business development/sales in IT services or consulting
  • Strong sales track record in managed services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel locally and regionally as needed
