Your ‘day to day’

• Design & execute on framework for training needs analysis
• Identify capability gaps, training needs, calendar and deployment methodology and set KPI in conjunction with Channel
• Develop and align deployment plan for capability/training programs (incl. setting launch/completion schedules and KPI)
• Own, Trans create & localize content for all learning needs of the team
• Develop / Co-create with OC on training toolkits and WE CARE / Smoke Free Academy FUSE platforms (e-learning, toolkits) to promote self-learning
• Localize all global training from global learning portfolio
• Identify and manage vendors to create content locally
• Collaborate with vendor to build good quality content, monitor vendor quality and performance
• Centrally manage training materials provided by the global team Manage the platforms for updates / new comms / materials Manage the platforms for updates / new comms
• Develop and drive relevant metrics to track training effectiveness/ Participation etc.
• Local content: Pivot/redesign/tweak programs based on effectiveness of programs and feedback received
• Manage the training Budget and vendor contracts etc
• Co-ordinate and manage the deployment of capability building programs across target market CCO audiences & channels as needed, leveraging both offline and online learning resources as appropriate.
• Support the local deployment of global programs through effective facilitation of both on and offline classroom learning delivery & through PMI trainers / 3rd party vendors where appropriate
• Conduct train the Trainer / Trainer certification sessions where needed using global approach, maintaining certified trainer coverage & database in market
• Collaborate closely with PMI/3rd party employees where appropriate to ensure effective training delivery (monitor deployment, engagement etc.),
• Plan and deploy follow-up training as needed, based on gaps identified, across target market CCO audiences as needed, through delivery of on-the-job / in-field coaching and support
• Ensure FUSE platform for PMI / 3rd party employees locally deployed to build Frontline knowledge and skills. Leverages primarily global content
• Providing Regular updates on programs and Knowledge sharing for employees and third-party utilizing Fuse &/or any other digital platforms
• Ensure the content is value add and engaging for the employees / 3rd party employees
• Manage FUSE access rights & knowledge sharing, compliant to PM requirements
• Drive relevant metrics to track training effectiveness/ Participation etc.
• Measure & track performance of various programs, updates, trainings deployed on and offline and report for compliance, completion & other measures (leaner engagement, knowledge checks etc.)
  
  

Who we’re looking for?

• Bachelors or Masters graduate.
• At least 2-4 years of experience.
