We are seeking applications for the post of “CDZ Executive”. The incumbent will be required to perform the operational activities in the most efficient manner through strong coordination among the stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of import & export operations, pertaining to custom clearance.
- Preparing costing sheets for shipments.
- Verifying the cost received from vendors.
- Invoice generation and submission to customers (maintaining data in soft scan).
- SRO review.
- Corporate guarantee/bank guarantee/indemnity bond release and extension.
- Attend hearings at Pakistan customs.
- Return to origin/frustrated cargo operations.
- Timely follow-up with the customers for outstanding payment.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience at a multinational or renowned local freight forwarding /logistics company.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
- Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
