Role & Responsibilities:
- Intercompany:
- Monitoring of Inter Company AR / AP bulk invoicing
- Responsible to handle Intercompany Master Data Management
- Intercompany P&L/BS Reconciliations with counter part
- Escalation of disputes of Intercompany billing to Operations and counterpart
- Supervision of freight remittance to counterparts
- Payable:
- Responsible for management of supplier payment cycle (Procure to Pay process)
- Ensure withholding tax compliances on supplier payment
- Support tax department in filing of tax returns and tax audits
- Responsible for Supplier Contracts Management / Evidence
- Vendor Data Management (Maintenance of Active Suppliers)
- Supervising supplier invoice recording process
- Supplier Reconciliation
- Procurement compliance monitoring
- Invoice Scanning Compliance: Ensure all invoices are scanned and processed through set SOP's
- Responsible for management of company DPO (Days payable outstanding).
- At least 6-8 years of experience in the logistics / Freight Forwarding Industry.
- ACCA/ICMA/MBA
- Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word).
- Communication skills both written and verbal.
