- Responsible to perform routine testing for a lubricant testing lab for finished lubricants, raw materials, additives, base oils and used oils samples.
- Ensure that the Products are consistent in quality and are accurately blended as per Lubricant Manufacturing Specifications.
- Responsible for performing the calibration of all laboratory equipment being used in the analysis of lubricants, used oils and fuels.
- Support the functions of Testing Laboratory to ensure that testing equipment and testing activities are in conformance with standards and ISO 9001-2015 Quality Assurance System, a
- and that the laboratory services are maintained up to the level of end users.
- Implement the Product Integrity Policy
- Handle SAP QM activities.
- Coordinate with technical team and sales staff.
- Responsible to generate CoAs and other reports.
- Issues blend adjustments or corrections as and when required.
- Monitors compliance of laboratory tests with external requirements such as ASTM round robin program.
- Responsible to handle ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 documentation.
- Responsible for performing the calibration of laboratory equipment.
