Hey everyone,

I’m excited to announce that we’re expanding our team at Ahmed Solutions, a results-driven digital marketing agency helping e-commerce and service-based brands scale through paid advertising and premium client management.

We’ve recently gone fully remote and are now hiring for two Client Success roles. If you're passionate about working with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and being part of a growth-focused team — this is for you!

Open Positions

1. Full-Time – Expert / Intermediate Level

• Salary: 70,000 PKR/month
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Client Success / Account Management
• Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (US Eastern Time)
• Location: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere in Pakistan)

2. Paid Internship – Entry Level / Fresh

• Stipend: 35,000 PKR/month
• Duration: 4 months (with a chance to transition into a full-time role)
• Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (US Eastern Time)
• Location: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere in Pakistan)

What You'll Be Doing (Both Roles)

• Communicate with clients via Zoom, WhatsApp, Email, and Calls.
• Take 3–5 client calls daily and ensure smooth, proactive communication.
• Respond promptly to client queries (within 5–10 minutes during working hours).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor client campaign performance alongside our Media Buying team.
• Build strong client relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.

Full-Time Role: You’ll lead client accounts, manage reporting, handle escalations, and identify upsell opportunities.

Intern Role: You’ll assist the senior client success team and get hands-on learning experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English (spoken and written) – mandatory for both roles.
• Full-Time Role: At least 2 years’ experience in client handling or account management.
• Internship Role: No experience needed – just strong communication and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies is a BIG plus.
• Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Notion, and Slack is a bonus.
• Must be proactive, reliable, client-focused, and responsive.
• Must be comfortable working US hours (Eastern Time) – non-negotiable.

Salary & Benefits

• Full-Time: 70,000 PKR/month
• Internship: 35,000 PKR/month (4 months duration)
• Bonuses & incentives based on performance and client satisfaction.
• Long-term growth opportunities (move into Senior Client Success roles).
• Full remote flexibility (strong internet, laptop, and quiet space required)

• This is a full-time commitment. No freelance or other job commitments allowed.
• Not suitable for students or those unavailable during US hours.
• Internship serves as a paid probation and learning period.
