Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer success process for new and existing clients.
- Drive onboarding and platform implementation, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Monitor customer engagement, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, training sessions, and success reviews.
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to platform improvements.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a smooth operational experience.
- Prepare performance reports and success insights for internal teams and leadership.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Software Implementation.
- Experience with SaaS, software platforms, or healthcare tech (preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and handle client expectations professionally.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
