Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer success process for new and existing clients.
  • Drive onboarding and platform implementation, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
  • Monitor customer engagement, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, training sessions, and success reviews.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to platform improvements.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a smooth operational experience.
  • Prepare performance reports and success insights for internal teams and leadership.


Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Software Implementation.
  • Experience with SaaS, software platforms, or healthcare tech (preferred).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and handle client expectations professionally.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
