A day in the life of Corporate Legal Affairs Manager:
- Maintain a focus across businesses to ensure comprehensive view of risk.
- Provide expert legal counsel on critical matters and projects, including active participation in negotiations and contract drafting.
- Promote and monitor preventive law programs.
- Contribute actively to both functional and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring legal alignment and risk management.
- Oversee the effective use and maintenance of the Legal Assist platform for streamlined legal support.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end process of contract creation, review, and compliance tracking.
- Design and deliver training sessions on key legal topics to enhance organizational legal literacy.
- Assist in monitoring and following up on litigation matters, ensuring timely updates and strategic input
- Lead compliance-related programs and legal aspects of B2B engagements and other strategic initiatives.
- LLB from a recognized university, with a strong academic foundation in legal principles and practice.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant organizational experience, particularly in contract management and legal advisory roles.
- Specialized Legal Knowledge: demonstrated expertise in key regulatory domains, including:
- Food Laws
- Environmental Laws
- Labor Laws
- Competition Laws
