TalentPop App is on the lookout for a Creative Ads Specialist who can craft powerful ad creatives that capture attention and convert. Whether it’s a static image or a snappy video ad, your work will help fuel our growth across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more—all while collaborating remotely with a fast-moving creative team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design high-performing ad creatives—both static and video—for paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with our copywriters and media buyers to bring engaging ad concepts to life.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and social media to develop content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Test multiple creative variations to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Repurpose organic or influencer content into paid ad formats that align with brand identity and platform specs.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 1+ year of experience in creative design, paid ads, or social video editing (freelance and personal projects welcome!).
  • Portfolio showcasing ad creatives that performed well or demonstrate strong design instincts and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing tools like CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro.
  • Understanding of platform-specific ad formats, trends, and best practices—especially for Meta and TikTok.
  • Creative eye, strong sense of timing and messaging, and eagerness to test and iterate on new ad concepts.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet (minimum 20 Mbps, LAN connection required).
  • Own laptop or PC with at least an i5 processor or its equivalent.
