Purpose

To operate and manage a computer system for necessary data entry and retrieval purposes along with data base query operations. Also, ensure that the respective database always remains updated, and that required information is provided to all concerned on immediate basis.

Education & Relevant Experience

Minimum Graduate; additional computer training/certification

1 to 2 years’ relevant experience

Knowledge

• Data Management
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Typing speed
  
  

Business

Areas of Responsibility:

• Preparing and updating MIS of all litigation cases, update case status, payments, and receivables items.
• Clearing of cheques through treasury and posting of cash entries in SAP for GoS centralized payment cheques. Assist is LPS working and waiver where required.
• Customer dealing for cases queries , case settlement etc.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excell and power point. Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
• Familiar with overall KE meter reading , billing, and IRB process is preferable.
• Generate reports, keep proper records, perform backup operations, scan documents and print files as and when required.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, comply with data integrity, company SOP’s and security policies.
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctioning.
