Frontend Lead (Vue.js)

A Leading US-based web solutions company is hiring a Frontend Lead (Vue.js) for its Karachi office.

We are looking for a visionary and technically strong Frontend Lead (Vue.js) who can drive frontend excellence, lead a passionate team, and deliver pixel-perfect interfaces for high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend team with a hands-on approach to development, architecture, and design.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement features.
• Optimize UI for speed, performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Maintain a reusable component library and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level frontend developers.
• Ensure seamless integration of APIs and third-party services.
• Translate UX/UI designs into production-ready code with attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 3 years with Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of Vue 3, Vuex/Pinia, Composition API, and Vue CLI/Vite.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and component-based architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, state management, and frontend testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with build tools, Git, CI/CD, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong UI/UX sense with the ability to work closely with design systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Nuxt.js, TailwindCSS, and frontend performance optimization.
• Background in fintech, data visualization, or stock trading platforms.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
