What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls and follow up via email/LinkedIn
- Speak with German-speaking prospects
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Update CRM with accurate notes
- Follow scripts where needed, but know when to adapt
- Fluent or native German (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Clear communication and good listening skills
- Reliable, consistent, and organized
- Experience selling B2B services
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Fully remote role
