Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Role
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Set clear goals and performance expectations for the sales team members.
Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Director or Head of Sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
