Job Overview:


Noyan Digital is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Upwork Bidder with experience in Upwork proposal writing and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing compelling proposals, understanding client requirements, and securing projects on Upwork. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of our services and industry.


This is a full-time Remote Job Opportunity


Our Office timings are 3PM to 12AM Pakistan Standard Time - Flexible 8 Hours Shift


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Develop and submit winning bids that showcase our expertise.
  • Bidding actively on relevant projects to secure new clients and projects.
  • Stay alert to Upwork postings to pinpoint lucrative projects.
  • Engage with potential clients to clarify project specifics.
  • Maintain Upwork profile with the latest successes and proposals.
  • Work towards achieving monthly project acquisition goals.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach using various tools and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices on upwork, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.


Reporting To:


The Upwork Bidder will report to the Sales Director


Requirements:


  • At least Bachelor is completed.
  • 1+ years of experience in Amazon Field
  • A track record of successful bids on Upwork.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Upwork platform, bidding strategies, and client engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with Leads and team members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Docs


Salary and Compensation:


This job offers market-competitive basic pay and the potential to earn up to 100k PKR/ month - One month of probation applies
