Job Description:

• Building Annual Growth Plans, Aligned with Category wise Strategic Directions and Opportunities in Market.
• Building and Growing Right Distribution Structure.
• Lead Conversion, Growth and Products Expansion Process for Chain Accounts
• Drive Conversion, Growth and Products Expansion Process of Prime, key and Normal Accounts.
• Proactively Addresses Customer Complaints; Engaging for Solution.
• Builds a Consultative Selling Approach with Customers; growing together.
• Develops, and Coaches People for Growth, Solutions and Leadership.

Requirements:

• MBA Sales/Marketing from a reputable business school.
• Minimum of 12 to 15 years, with Minimum 5 Years Experience in Food Service/ HORECA Market. Minimum 3 Years Experience at a Management Role.

Other Details :

Work Timings: 8am-5pm

Work Days: Monday- Saturday( Alternate Saturdays)

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad
