Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Experience: Fresh Graduates or 0-6 months

Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 PKR (Market Competitive)

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Internship Leading to Full-Time Role

Sabasoft Games Studio is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR department. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates (from any field) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Recruitment while working in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

As an HR Intern, you will assist with various HR functions, helping ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Employee Onboarding: Help with onboarding new hires and preparing HR documentation.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related documentation.

Employee Engagement: Support in organizing engagement activities, workshops, and events.

Training & Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions and maintaining records.

General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance in HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA/HR preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
