Operations and Services, managing global policies, processes, procedures and tools.

The Team also tracks performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and evaluates and implements improvements. The team also provides Infrastructure expertise and support to the functional teams serving the needs of all our customers The SharePoint and MS 365 Engineers will be responsible for the technical and functional management of SharePoint Farm and MS 365 infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and delivery of Microsoft solutions to meet business objectives and technical requirements, create effective knowledge sharing, collaboration, and workflow solutions, and provide 24x7 support of solutions on both on-premises and MS365 environments. This person will implement changes and/or new features to support and secure the SharePoint and MS 365 infrastructure based on direction and guidance from the Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture team Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, upgrade, and configure SharePoint Server 2019 Farms and SharePoint Online sites.
• Design and create document libraries, configure external client access, and deploy custom features.
• Manage SharePoint roles, service applications, and patching processes.
• Monitor bandwidth usage, manage storage space, and maintain backups.
• Develop and utilize PowerShell scripts to automate SharePoint administration tasks, monitoring, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using PowerShell commands and scripts.
• Plan and implement OneDrive for Business solutions for end-user adoption and data management.
• Architect and deploy new Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Planner, Power Automate) to enhance organizational productivity.
• Administer, support, and monitor Microsoft 365 services and Azure infrastructure.
• Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and user access monitoring.
• Administer system policies, manage access controls, and oversee licensing.
• Develop, document, and manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Assist with data migration to Microsoft 365 cloud platforms and between SharePoint environments.
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Windows Server (2016+).
• Deploy and manage Windows/SQL clustering, Active Directory/Azure AD domain infrastructure, IIS, and DNS.
• Manage and troubleshoot IIS configurations for SharePoint and web services.
• Identify and manage escalated faults, liaise with third-party vendors on major incidents or improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues with cloud and on-premises services.
• Monitor service performance and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver consistent processes for incident escalation, resolution, and problem management.
• Develop and improve documentation and policies for system administration.
• Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architecting, implementing, and supporting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint Platform, OneDrive, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure in large-scale environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud technologies, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proficiency in fault identification, root cause analysis, and effective troubleshooting.
• Experience managing production environments across physical, virtualized, and cloud infrastructures.
