Job Summary
- To ensure productivity and delivery from production equipment is as per given methods following WCM methods and Automation/ PLC/AC drives/Digitalization
- Maintain the machines as per AM/ PM
- To ensure productivity and delivery from production equipment is as per given methods following WCM methods and Maintenance/Project parameters
- Build daily schedule prioritization based on production needs and maintenance calendar
- Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements
- Encourage WCM activities (PM/ AM) in their day-to-day teams
- Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution
- Provide trainings on AM and maintenance routine to production team members
- Solve technical/ machine related nonroutine problems
- University Bachelor or equivalent. (Electrical / Electronics )
- Fresh Graduate Engineers entry level position
- Fresh graduate or At least 1 years of experience for Diploma engineers in maintenance/production/quality or WCM.
- Good knowledge of English
