Title of the Position: Manager Finance

Position Report to: Directors & CEO

Position Supervises: Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager and Officers

Age: 40-45 Yrs

Key Responsibilities of the job:

• Preparation and presentation of Periodic Financial Reporting
• Coordinate with External Auditors for Annual Audit of the Company
• Compliance of Taxation Regulatory requirements.
• Liaison with Advisors for Timely compliance of Regulatory Audits
• Filing of Annual Income Tax Returns
• Liaison with the Banks for smooth Financial Accommodation of the company.
• SECP Compliance . (Filing of Form A, Form 9, etc.
• Handle Insurance related Matters.
• Supervise Accounts Staff for smooth accounting Cycle.
  
  
  

Qualification & Expertise:

1. ACMA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution with minimum 05 years experience in the same capacity.

• Working Experience of Manufacturing Industries preferably in F.M.C.Gs / Pharmaceuticals
• Working experience in ERP environment..
• Good knowledge of Finance/Audit/tax/Import &Export matters.
