Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal audit assignments from planning through to execution, reporting, and finalization.
- Develop comprehensive audit programs and Test of Controls (TOCs) for audit areas.
- Analyze departmental processes through discussions and system reviews, creating process flow charts to identify risks, controls, and system weaknesses.
- Employ a risk-based audit approach, applying practical methodologies to evaluate risks.
- Foster collaboration within the audit team, ensuring smooth coordination with other departments.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while maintaining high-quality audit outputs.
- Proficiency in audit techniques, including planning and preparation of working papers.
- Strong understanding of departmental processes, with the ability to review systems and identify risks and weaknesses for audit assignments.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Strong people management, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in financial analysis and multitasking.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
