Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or anyother Computer related Specialization with 8 years Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager / Team Lead – Web Technologies with proven experience leading web development teams and managing projects and strong expertise in .NET Core MVC, RESTful Web APIs, Blazor (Server & Web-Assembly), Identity Framework Core, Entity Framework Core, AJAX, Bootstrap, Oracle, SQL, Code & DB First approaches, and experience with Agile & Scrum models. The ideal candidate will lead our web development team, manage and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web platforms, mentor team members, and ensure that our applications are secure, scalable, and user-friendly for students, faculty, and administrative staff. Experience in the education sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications built on .NET Core MVC, ensuring they meet organizational and educational requirements.

• Lead and guide developers, support engineers, testers, and designers, fostering skill development and ensuring effective collaboration within the team of all Campuses.

• Define the technology roadmap for web platforms, evaluating frameworks, libraries, and tools that improve efficiency, scalability, and security.

• Review application architecture and code quality to enforce best practices, maintain standards, and ensure maintainable, secure solutions.

• Deployment and management of the applications on server and familarity with web security, performance optimization, and integration with backend systems.

• Provide guidance and hands-on support to team members to enhance their coding skills, especially in .NET Core MVC and related web technologies.

• Ensure seamless integration of web applications with backend systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and prioritize development tasks.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of web initiatives.

• Stay updated on emerging .NET technologies and web development best practices to continuously innovate and improve processes.

• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team, promoting collaboration and collective problem-solving.
