Role Overview:
Mint Source is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Media Buyer to support the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work alongside a creative and media buying team to drive performance for DTC and eCommerce brands globally.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the setup, QA, and day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Twitter/X.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule, following naming conventions and platform best practices.
- Monitor daily performance and suggest optimizations to improve KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, brief, and review ad creatives tailored for platform-specific formats.
- Apply performance frameworks such as hook–value–CTA and iterate based on performance data and Motion insights
- Conduct audience research and assist in implementing custom audiences, lookalikes, and TOF/MOF/BOF targeting strategies.
- Regularly test and refine segmentation for better personalization and performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports using Google Sheets, Pitch, or Triple Whale.
- Provide actionable insights, surface trends, and contribute to post-campaign wrap-ups and strategy recaps.
- Track outstanding tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and all project components (launches, reports, optimizations) are communicated with clients and internal teams via Slack.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in paid media buying, ideally in DTC or eCommerce.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, creative testing, and budget pacing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Slack, Asana, and Pitch.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure, and work independently.
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn emerging tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Motion).
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Turnaround Time on Assigned Tasks:
- Target: 90% of tasks completed on or before the deadline with minimal follow-up.
- Tracked via Asana completion data.
- Campaign Execution Accuracy & QA Pass Rate:
- Target: 95% execution accuracy across campaign builds and edits.
- Errors tracked by internal QA and review logs.
- Proactive Performance Optimization & Initiative Score:
- Target: 2–4 weekly proactive optimizations with rationale and performance impact.
- Measured via team feedback and strategy sync participation.
