We are a fast-growing SaaS Martech company offering cutting-edge marketing automation and customer engagement solutions to enterprises. Our platform helps brands leverage data-driven insights, personalized campaigns, and omni channel communication to drive growth.

We’re expanding in the Pakistan market and looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking proactive, high-performing sales professionals with a passion for driving new business in the B2B SaaS space. This role demands a hunter mindset and a deep understanding of consultative selling. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and playing a pivotal role in regional growth.

This is not a passive, inbound role — we are looking for someone who runs toward targets, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys working independently to chase and close new logos.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to outreach to negotiation deal closure.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity based targets.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing heads, digital agencies, and C-level executives.
  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market insights.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the company’s reach.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or Solution Sales with track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and Martech tools.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like CRM systems.
  • Comfortable prospecting independently and managing outbound sales motion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Understanding of the Martech ecosystem, including personalization, analytics, and omni channel communication.
  • SaaS sales experience in local market.
