We are seeking a skilled Microbiologist for our Factory in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in microbiological testing, ensuring compliance with microbiological standards, and conducting quality audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Perform quality audits on microbiological processes and hygiene practices.
- Monitor microbial data and identify trends for process improvement.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve microbiological non-compliance.
- Help maintain a clean and hygienic production environment.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing microbiological documentation and reports.
- Education: B.S. or M.S. in Microbiology.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- This is a shift-based role, and the individual will be required to work on-site at the plant.
- Salary: PKR 70,000 per month.
