                            Job Title: National Sales Manager (Neuro & Spine Surgical Medical Equipments)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive sales growth, lead the sales team, and build long-term client relationships across the healthcare sector. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a solid background in medical equipment sales, with exposure to hospitals, surgery, and operating room environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Working Days: Monday - Saturday;
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
                    Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive sales growth, lead the sales team, and build long-term client relationships across the healthcare sector. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a solid background in medical equipment sales, with exposure to hospitals, surgery, and operating room environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
 - Develop and train a high-performing sales team.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
 - Provide clinical and product support, training, and presentations to customers.
 - Lead territory planning, forecasting, and account management.
 - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
 - Monitor competition, identify opportunities, and implement sales strategies.
 - Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promotions.
 - Manage inventory, back-orders, and ensure high-level customer service.
 
- Masters degree (Required) in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Pharm-D, or related field.
 - 10+ years experience in healthcare sales with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
 - Strong background in medical equipment sales (Neuro , Spine , orthopedic (would be a plus) , surgical, hospital).
 - Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
 - Travel inside designated territory will be required (up to 25% to 50% depending on territory).
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 
Working Days: Monday - Saturday;
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
