Sr. Pre-Sales Executive


Description:

The Sr. Pre-sales Executive will support the sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to prospective clients. This role involves understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

The Sr. Pre-sales Executive will work closely with the sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.


Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, technical needs, and constraints.

2. Work with the sales and product team to design custom solutions that meet the customer's unique requirements.

3. Support sales team to update CRM

4. Conducting POCs of different security solutions

5. Must have CCNA & CCNA Security

6. Create BoQs against tenders and proposed solutions

7. Must have a demonstrable understanding of technical solutions & and services. Such as Offensive Security services, Security Monitoring services, Managed Security Services, GRC, Endpoint Security solutions, SIEM solutions, Identity and Access Management solutions, ZTNA technology, Email Web Gateway solutions & and other security solutions.


Competencies:


1 Three (3) years of experience in technical pre-sales

2. Have a BS degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering

3. Telecommunication

4. Strong technical background with knowledge of relevant technologies, products, and solutions. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

6. Strong presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate products effectively and persuasively.

7. Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.

8. Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
