About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager / Growth to lead initiatives that drive user and revenue growth across STARZ ON. This role covers core journeys across:
- Acquisition & onboarding
- In-app subscriptions & direct payments
- Retention & lifecycle engagement
- Analytics & MarTech instrumentation
You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, data analysts, and CRM teams, across Lahore and Dubai — to continuously improve activation, conversion, and retention.
What You’ll Work On?
Acquisition, Onboarding & Monetization
Own and optimize the end-to-end journey from signup to paid conversion across web, mobile, and TV.
This includes:
- Signup flows, onboarding UX, and geo-targeted paywall strategies
- Subscription integrations via Google Play, Apple, Adyen, PayPal, and PayFort
- Platform-specific trials, discounts, winback offers, and error handling across payment flows
Retention & Lifecycle
Support lifecycle features and CRM triggers that drive re-engagement, retention, and reactivation, from resume watching to churn prevention flows.
Analytics & Experimentation
Define and validate product events, partner with data on funnel performance, and run A/B tests to optimize growth initiatives.
Execution & Delivery
Translate product goals into specs and stories, manage delivery through JIRA/Confluence, and lead QA, UAT, and documentation end-to-end.
MarTech & Integrations
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and lifecycle integration by managing tools like GA4, AppsFlyer and Firebase.
Tech Stack & Tools
You’ll be working with:
- Atlassian Suite: JIRA, Confluence, Product Discovery
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, Tableau
- Communication & Collaboration: Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Design & Mapping: Figma, Miro (with UX/Design team)
- CRM/CLM: CleverTap and Salesforce
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of B2C product management experience in OTT, mobile, e-commerce, or fintech
- Direct experience managing:
- In-app subscriptions (Google/Apple)
- Card-based payments via Adyen/PayPal/PayFort
- Funnel optimization and growth experiments
- Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and CRM tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu (Arabic is a bonus)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead cross-functional collaboration
Bonus Points
- Experience working on SVOD or AVOD platforms
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and feature flagging
- Passion for content, user behavior, and regional media consumption trends
