Proposal Writer / Bidder

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Proposal Writer / Bidder to join our team, assisting in securing projects through effective bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential opportunities on various freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
• Prepare, write, and submit winning proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, etc.) to craft proposals that highlight the strengths of our services.
• Maintain and manage client follow-ups post-bid submission.
• Customize proposals to fit different projects, ensuring clarity, quality, and professionalism.
• Create and maintain a database of past proposals for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends to offer valuable insights during bidding.
• Develop cost estimates and project timelines based on discussions with internal teams.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in writing proposals and bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand client needs and articulate appropriate solutions.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of tech services such as web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with preparing cost estimates and project timelines.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Minimum ONE year of experience as a bidder.
