Job Description:

We are a dynamic and growing team looking to hire a Python Developer who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Python and is excited to apply their skills to solve real-world problems. Experience in Generative AI and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) will be highly valued.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best coding practices.
• Work with frameworks like Django or Flask to build web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring they function efficiently.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code for better performance.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in team meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and Python development trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Experience with Generative AI (e.g., GPT models, transformers).
• Strong Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tea.

Experience: 2-3 years

Salary: Market Competitive

Work Timings: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
