What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting AI-driven financial processes to eliminate manual interventions in billing, reporting, compliance, and controls.
- Developing automations and utilizing LLM tools to replace error-prone tasks in finance systems like NetSuite and Ramp.
- Guaranteeing seamless execution and scalability of crucial processes such as tuition payments, ESA reimbursements, tax documentation, and audits.
- Establishing scalable, audit-ready financials and reporting frameworks across diverse educational business lines.
- Continuously redesigning finance infrastructure to support $1B+ business units without increasing headcount.
- Managing a large team of finance personnel — this role emphasizes system creation over people management.
- Overseeing month-end close cycles or manually approving transactions.
- Settling for existing ERP workflows — instead, you'll identify inefficiencies and eliminate them.
- Delegating routine tasks to junior staff — leadership through direct involvement is key.
- Working in a static environment — expect rapid growth, not maintenance.

Basic Requirements
- Possession of CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA.
- Experience in a finance or accounting role within a $100M+ organization.
- Minimum 5 years as an auditor at a top 10 global firm, or equivalent auditing experience.
- Professional expertise with enterprise ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP.
- Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Must reside within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.
- Knowledge of K-12 education models in the U.S., including private, charter, and ESA programs.
- Experience in building finance automations or AI-driven workflows from the ground up.
- Familiarity with finance operations in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction businesses.
