About Connectia: Connectia helps businesses cut fleet costs by up to 30% through an AI-powered control center that unifies fleet operations and spending in one platform. Our AI agents handle reconciliations, flag inefficiencies, and help optimize fuel and fleet spending. We are already working with leading names in Pakistan and are now expanding our footprint in Lahore.


What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to lead sales and business development in Lahore. You’ll be our first boots on the ground—independently identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building relationships across a wide range of industries, including schools, colleges, construction, logistics, manufacturers, transporters, and more.


Important: You'll primarily be engaging with owners, CEOs, and senior decision-makers, as the platform empowers them with full visibility and control over fleet spending and performance.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Own the Lahore market—generate and convert leads across sectors
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and fleet managers
  • Actively pitch, demo, and close customers (this is not a desk job!)
  • Understand customer needs and tailor the Connectia solution accordingly
  • Report directly to the founders and work closely on go-to-market and growth
  • Aggressively push toward monthly targets and growth milestones


What You Bring:


  • 1–6 years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong local network and understanding of Lahore's business ecosystem
  • High ownership mindset—you’ll be building the market from scratch
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Experience in vehicle insurance, vehicle tracking, fuel cards, logistics, transportation, or mobility is a big plus
  • Hungry for results, not afraid of rejection, and driven by impact
