Job Summary:

Experts Communication is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our sales pipeline by reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary focus will be on cold calling and engaging with potential clients to identify opportunities and set the stage for further sales discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls and conduct outbound email campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, pain points, and potential fit for our services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and transfer qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume, lead qualification, and appointments set.
• Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to lead generation and appointments set.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales development.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
• Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Experience with CRM systems to track and manage leads.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on reaching goals.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with telemarketing or sales development in the contact center environment is a plus.
