About The Role
Were looking for a Pre-Sales & Projects Engineer whos passionate about bringing Industry 4.0 to life connecting machines, sensors, and AI to make factories smarter, faster, and more reliable.
At Procheck, youll help design and deliver solutions that monitor OEE, predict downtime, and unlock data-driven decision-making for some of the largest manufacturers in Pakistan and beyond.
This is a hybrid role that combines technical engineering with business acumen ideal for someone who loves technology but also thrives in client conversations, demos, and hands-on deployments.
What Youll Do
Hardware: PLCs, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, industrial sensors, optocouplers
Software: Power BI, Grafana, ThingsBoard, Node-RED
Protocols: MQTT, Modbus, OPC-UA
Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP (for IoT and analytics pipelines)

At Procheck, youll help design and deliver solutions that monitor OEE, predict downtime, and unlock data-driven decision-making for some of the largest manufacturers in Pakistan and beyond.

What Youll Do
- Lead discovery calls and technical workshops to understand client challenges and design IoT/AI-driven solutions.
- Create architectures, proposals, and ROI-driven presentations that clearly demonstrate business impact.
- Conduct live demos of Prochecks Factory Copilot, predictive maintenance, and OEE dashboards.
- Design and deploy IoT architectures using controllers, sensors, gateways, and cloud analytics.
- Oversee project execution, from installation to UAT and go-live.
- Manage key client accounts, driving adoption, upsells, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with R&D on digital twin, edge AI, and smart manufacturing initiatives.

What Were Looking For
- 3 to 6 years in pre-sales, projects, or automation roles (IoT / Industry 4.0 / control systems).
- Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or similar).
- Experience integrating PLCs, gateways, and edge devices with cloud dashboards.
- Ability to communicate complex tech in clear, business-friendly language.
- Hands-on experience in industrial site deployments and system commissioning.
- Familiarity with Factory AI, Predictive Maintenance, or OEE systems.
- Experience in industrial automation, data analytics, or AI/ML integration.
- Exposure to hardware commissioning, SCADA, or energy monitoring.
- A passion for solving real-world problems using tech that matters.
