Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and meet set targets for retail and real estate offerings within the mall.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
• Provide clients with accurate information on projects, pricing, and payment plans.
• Represent the brand professionally at meetings, property expos, and client visits.
• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven sales experience in real estate, retail, or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with DHA Multan real estate market will be an added advantage.
