Arrivy is looking for "Sales Operations Representatives" to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a fresh graduates who are organized, proactive, and eager to support a high-performing Sales team. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring that the sales pipeline flows smoothly and that no task falls through the cracks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily sales operations by updating dashboards, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales Team Leads to provide regular updates and flag any blockers or delays
  • Assist team members with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and CRM system updates
  • Monitor task progress and ensure timely execution of sales-related action items
  • Proactively contribute to improving internal processes and workflows to enhance team productivity


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs; experience with CRM tools is a plus
