Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive and clear. 
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
• System Analysis: Collaborate with the IT team to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that IT solutions meet business needs. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between the business and IT teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Solution Design: Assist in the design of technical solutions that address business needs, working closely with developers, system architects, and other IT professionals. 
• Testing and Validation: Coordinate and participate in the testing of new systems and processes, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. 
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, processes, and systems. 
• Project Management Support: Assist project managers in planning and executing IT projects, ensuring that business requirements are met on time and within budget. 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the IT sector. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
