Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Operations Lead to support the sales department by optimizing processes, enhancing communication, and driving operational efficiency to ensure the team’s success. This role requires a self-starter who can handle various operational tasks independently, including CRM management, stakeholder collaboration, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for improving business operations, along with a proven background in sales operations and a track record of enhancing operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Operations Management:
  1.  Oversee and streamline the sales process, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
  2.  Manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and optimal user adoption.
  3.  Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and coordinating internal and external communication.


  • Operational Efficiency:
  1. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and operational effectiveness.
  2. Monitor and track the tasks and performance of the internal sales team to ensure accountability and progress toward goals.
  3. Implement tools and processes for effective task management and reporting.
  4. Handle day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring alignment with sales goals and company objectives.
  5. Support the onboarding process for new sales team members by providing training on tools, processes, and best practices.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  1. Analyze sales data and operational metrics to drive informed decision-making and improve performance.
  2. Prepare and present reports on sales activities and outcomes to senior management.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  1. Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  2. Engage with external partners and stakeholders as needed to support business operations.


  • Strategic Support:
  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to align business operations with overall company strategy and sales initiatives.
  2. Support the development and execution of long-term operational strategies.


Qualifications:


Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.


Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or a related field, with a proven ability to enhance operational performance.
  2. Previous experience in a role requiring independent management of operations is highly desirable.


Skills:

  1. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Familiarity with sales methodologies and operational frameworks.
