You will work for McKinsey & Company, Pakistan as part of the Panorama Financial Institutions Insights and consulting (PFIC) team. PFIC is one of the largest knowledge capabilities and Insights team globally and part of the Banking & Insurance practice, focusing on financial services domains, e.g., retail banking, corporate and investment banking, Asset Management, Fintech etc.
As a Senior Capabilities & Insights Analyst you will be staffed on client engagements as a knowledge professional, leveraging a robust combination of datasources, advanced analytics tools, and expert guidance to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. You will be expected to possess and build a good understanding of the banking industry terms, financial statements, financial modeling, trends and technology enabled innovations and developments in the FIG sector.
You will work directly with fellow knowledge network colleagues, consultants and occasionally on-site at clients on analysis that requires in-depth market and domain understanding.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Masters in Finance or Banking, Econometrics, Engineering
- 3+ years of prior experience in Fintech, Software or Tech consulting space, PE or equity research and digital transformation with banking
- Understanding of financial statements, banking concepts, financial modeling, fintech products
- Superior problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
- Professional attitude and service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work in a demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Fluency in English
