Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:- perform patient’s initial evaluation, investigation, and management to maintain consistent high clinical quality and service standards for dialysis patient
- Obtain Consent for dialysis
- Assess and monitor patient before and during dialysis
- Document dialysis orders in accordance with consultants’ advice.
- Display effective and relevant documentation with quality record keeping of clinical notes, progress notes and discharge summaries as indicated.
- Participate in outpatient clinics and patient management under supervision
- Able to manage complications and code blue in day care dialysis unit
- Actively participate in journal clubs and continuous medical education
Requirements
You should have:- an MBBS degree, and additional diploma, MCPS, FCPS-I or MRCP-I
- a valid license from Pakistan Medical Council (PMC) and BLS certificate
- at least two to three years of relevant experience
- ability to effectively work independently as well as in teams
- ability to work under pressure on different rotations/shifts
- strong interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills.
