The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) to join our fast-growing tech team in Pakistan. You’ll work on system enhancements, upgrades and develop new features on their Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) platform. You will also lead a small agile team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technology Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and development of scalable, cloud-based IoT and AI solutions.
• Software Development: Oversee software design and development processes, ensuring high-quality code and best engineering practices.
• System Architecture: Design and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable architecture for ThingTrax’s digital solutions.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• DevOps & Security: Implement CI/CD pipelines, enhance security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability, performance tuning, and effective monitoring.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools and frameworks for development.
• Strategic Planning: Align technology strategy with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Expertise in IoT, AI, ML, and data processing frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive innovation.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide scalable solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
