  • SaaS tools deployments
  • Providing support
  • Requirements refinement
  • Writing testable code
  • Providing L2 support
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ year of experience
  • Good verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent concepts of Databases, TSQL, MS SQL Server 2008/2012
  • Knowledge and experience in web development using the .net platform.
  • Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Assembly Language, CSS (Style Sheet),Java Script, ASP .Net (C#) and J-Query.
  • MS Office (will need to work on reports on Excel.
  • Effective Listening skills & Communication skills.
  • Effective coaching skills.
  • Analytical - ability to examine problems effectively and evaluate alternate solutions.
  • Teamwork, interpersonal skills, time management, attentive to customer concerns, positive attitude, conversational, and understanding of different types of customers.
  • Needs to be patient, pro-active and open minded.
  • Flexible with different job/task assignments.
  • Understanding of and experience with the five pillars of a well-architected frameworks
  • Proven ability to collaborative with multi-disciplinary teams of Client services, business analysts, developers and subject matter experts.
  • Basic knowledge of working enviornment of Cloud base technologies would be a plus, such as Zendesk, Box or Nex Cloud working knowledge is required.
