Strategy & Growth Intern

Role Overview 

We're hiring a Strategy & Growth Intern to support internal operations, cross-team coordination, and execution of Qubit Dynamics' service offerings. You’ll help organize systems, communicate across teams, and contribute strategic input in QD’s growth plan.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal documents (SOPs, decks, reports, etc.)
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and outreach team.
• Assist in ideation of new AI-based services and proposals.
• Organize meeting notes, files, and project folders.
• Track task progress and support leadership in execution.

Who You Are

• A student in 3rd / 4th year of bachelors or fresh graduate passionate about solving problems and enthusiastic about devising growth plans.
• Bachelors degree in STEM will be preferred.
• Strong communication (Verbal and Written) with an organised work style.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Canva.
• Bonus if you’ve experience in business development, working with cross functional teams and strategy roles.
